The Operating Principle for single toggle jaw crusher involves the elliptical motion of the Pitman/Swing Jaw. This leads to generation of compressive and rubbing forces to crush the toughest minerals. MechTech Single Toggle Jaw Crusher helps in continuous reduction of materials when it passes through the crushing chamber. The feed material is moved inwards and pushed downwards with the aggressive action. The top of the chamber provides a sharp primary blow and a secondary crushing action takes place at the bottom. This reduces the material according to the predetermined size of the output. These Jaw Crushers offer a compressive stroke that is nearly equal at both the top and bottom of the chamber, producing more specific size at a lower operational cost.
MechTech Single Toggle Jaw Crusher is constructed with a heavy duty, thermally stress-relieved body, fabricated from high grade Steel plates which enable the removal of additional ribs and provide higher rigidity / weight ratio to the machine.
The pitman/Swing Jaw is made of high-quality cast steel and is actuated by two massive cast iron flywheels. An eccentric shaft and four grease lubricated spherical roller bearings along with labyrinth rings ensure the greatest reliability, easy and quick maintenance even under the most severe crushing conditions. The special grade toggle plates generate extra crushing force and provide security for the drive system. These special grade plates don’t require any lubrication and the life factor for toggle and seats is many times greater. The adjustment of the discharge setting may be done by inserting or removing adequate number and thickness of shim plates.
